Auto-posting to social channels

If yes, you can now save time and effort by automatically forwarding posts when you post via your FrontPage profile. How? Read below.

Doing this is very easy.

1. Visit from web application.


2. Add integrations. There are detailed instructions on how to do it. It takes less than 5 mins to do it.

3. Thats all, its done! Now whenever you post on your profile, just click the little loudspeaker icon just before you post.

Your post will be sent to your authenticated Twitter account and/or your Telegram channel. Posting to a Facebook page is coming shortly.

BONUS: When you add a post in a Frontpage community (read here, what are Frontpage Communities), it automatically makes it #tag eg. #HDFCBANK so that your content discovery is also aided on the social platforms.

Post Script: Even if you don’t have more than one social media channel, you can now create your presence there without much hassle and zero cost and effort. There are people on each social media platforms and you could gain followers there!

Add Bot to your Telegram channel

You can now let FrontPage post selected posts to your Telegram channel instead. To allow this, please visit your social settings page after login.

Once you have created your Bot on Telegram, follow these steps to make your Bot an Administrator with the Post Messages permission.

These steps are for official Telegram app on Mac. For other Telegram clients, the menu items may be slightly different. Described later.

Fixing Android notifications on Asus devices

These steps are for enabling Android notifications on Asus devices. Depending  on the version of your operating system, these options/screens may be slightly different.

A. Add FrontPage to Auto Start on Asus devices

3. On the next screen go to FrontPage app. It may be there in the Downloaded tab.

4. Turn ON the button next to FrontPage.

If you don’t have the above option on your OS, try this:

  • Go to Mobile Manager > Permissions > Auto-start Manager > FrontPage


Fixing Android notifications on Samsung devices

These steps are for enabling Android notifications on Samsung devices. Depending  on the version of your operating system, these options/screens may be slightly different.

A. Add FrontPage to “Unmonitored Apps” on Samsung devices

5. After selecting FrontPage, FrontPage should show in the list of Unmonitored Apps.

B. Disable Power Save/Battery Optimization for FrontPage

  1. Go to Settings > Battery and follow the steps below. If you don’t have Battery under settings, scroll down to the section 2.
    2. If you did not have the “Battery” option as specified in 1 above, under Settings look for “Apps”. If you have you are done.

Fixing Android notifications on Vivo devices

These steps are for enabling Android notifications on Vivo devices. Depending  on the version of your operating system, these may not be enough. You may also have to DISABLE battery optimization.

A. Set FrontPage to Auto Start on Vivo devices

If you don’t have the Auto start option on your device, try this:

  1. Go to Settings > Battery > High background power consumption
  2. Enable (toggle ON) the switch next to FrontPage

B. Enable notifications for FrontPage

  1. Go to Settings > Status Bar & Notifications > FrontPage
  2. Switch ON all the options including Allow notification, Priority, Show on lock screen, Top preview

Fixing Android notifications on LYF devices

These steps are for fixing Android notifications on LYF devices. Depending on the version of your operating system, the screens/menus may be slightly different:

A. Disable Battery Optimization for FrontPage

Fixing Android notifications on OnePlus devices

These steps are for fixing notifications on OnePlus devices. These settings may be different depending the version of Oxygen OS on your device so please read through all the options mentioned below.

OnePlus (Android 7.0 and earlier)

For system versions earlier than Android 8.0 Oreo, ensure that FrontPage is set to auto-launch:

  1. From the app drawer, tap Settings.
  2. Tap Apps.
  3. Tap the  gear icon in the top right.
  4. Select App Autolaunch.
  5. Toggle FrontPage to enable.

OnePlus (Android 8.0 and later)

Step 1: Check that app storage is set to clear normally

  1. From the app drawer, tap Settings.
  2. Tap Advanced.
  3. Select Recent apps management.
  4. Ensure that Normal clear is enabled.

Step 2: Exclude FrontPage from battery optimization

  1. From the app drawer, tap Settings.
  2. Tap Battery, then Battery Optimization.
  3. Tap Apps not optimized and select All apps.
  4. Find FrontPage and ensure it’s set to Don’t optimize.

OnePlus 3

Adjust your battery optimization to allow notifications from FrontPage when it’s running in the background:

  1. From the app drawer, tap Settings.
  2. Tap Battery.
  3. Select Battery Optimization.
  4. Tap the  Overflow menu in the top right of that screen.
  5. Select Advanced Optimization.
  6. Toggle FrontPage to OFF.

If you did not find the options above, try this:

  1. Go to System Settings > Battery > Menu > Aggressive Doze & App Hibernation
  2. In the list title “Optimized”, scroll down to FrontPage and Turn ON the buttons next to it.

Next check these steps:

  1. Go to System Settings > Battery > Menu > High Power Usage apps
  2. If FrontPage is shown here, disable it.

Also do this:

  1. Go to System Settings > Advanced > Recent App Management
  2. Select Normal Clear, not Deep Clear as show in the picture below:
  3. Make sure normal clear is selected, not Deep clear.
